Rodney A. Short M.D.
Dr. Short was born in Waterloo, Iowa. He attended college
at Iowa State University, Ames , Iowa where he received his BS With Distinction in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa School of Medicine, Iowa City, Iowa. He completed his Neurology Residency at Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Behavioral Neurology and Dementia Fellowship with Mayo Clinic Jacksonville, Florida.
Prior to joining Neurology Consultants, P.C., in June 2002, Dr. Short was an Assistant Professor at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics Department of Neurology, Iowa City, Iowa.
Among his professional memberships are the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Neurology.
Dr. Short is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and is licensed to practice in Iowa. He has staff privileges at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Short is Co-Director of NeuroDiagnostic Center of Genesis Medical Center Davenport, Iowa.
